Return conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with packaging intact.
- Cosmetic products can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened and the whipped cream is intact.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return procedure
- Contact us : Email info@morokkokami.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return, along with photos of the undamaged exterior of the packaging and the undamaged interior of the product (unused whipped cream).
- Return Validation : Once your request has been received and the photos have been validated, we will provide you with the return address and the necessary instructions.
- Shipping : You will need to ship the product to the following address: 56 bis rue des graves, 33320 Eysines. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund
Once your return has been validated and the product received in good condition, we will proceed with the refund within 7 to 14 days .
Exceptions
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, in accordance with the health and hygiene regulations for cosmetic products.
