Article 3 - Formation of the contract and orders

The prices of the products displayed on the Site are expressed in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs, if applicable, are specified before the order is confirmed. 3.3 Order
Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Buyer may review the details of their order before confirming it. Once the order is confirmed, it will be considered accepted. The sale will be final upon full payment by the Buyer. Morokko Kami will confirm the order by email.
Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Payments are secured through the online payment system. The Buyer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
Morokko Kami reserves the right to suspend any order in the event of non-payment.
Article 5 - Delivery and receipt
5.1 Delivery conditions
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering. The delivery methods offered will depend on the size and weight of the packages.
Home delivery
The package containing the products ordered and paid for is placed in the mailbox at the Delivery Address provided by the buyer.
In the event that the mailbox is insufficiently large, the Buyer or recipient of the Order receives a delivery notice, allowing them to collect the package from the place indicated in this delivery notice within 10 to 14 days.
5.2 Delivery times
Orders placed before 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, will be prepared within 2 days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, ranging from 2 to 15 days.
It is specified that any change of delivery address made by the Customer via Morokkokami@contact.com after the order has been registered may result in an extension of the delivery time.
As Morokko Kami and the carriers are separate and independent entities, Morokko Kami cannot be held responsible for any delay or error in delivery or loss of packages attributable to Colissimo.
5.3 Transfer of risks
Delivery is considered complete when the Buyer or a designated person receives the package. The transfer of risk occurs at this time.
5.4 Incident Notification
In the event of an accident involving melting of the material or deformation of the product (seasonal temperatures). Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
